Overall Responsibility

The fleet officer shall work with drivers to introduce the Company’s product in the market as a service provider for on demand pick-ups & deliveries; build a good relationship with drives; take part in daily operations; recommend, implement and effectively control pricing; manage subordinates in compliance with the company’s regulations, policies and procedures.

Main Responsibilities

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Maintains and expand business in the assigned area.
• Negotiates agreements and resolves potential issues or problems with drivers.
• Expands existing or current driver database.
• Educate them how to use the app.
• Learn to understand the market very well.
• Implements driver service procedures to ensure driver satisfaction.
• Other administrative tasks may include some required budget assistance; payment processing, personnel activities, and staff scheduling.

Working Relationships

Maintains professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values.

Proactively establishes and maintains effective working team relationships with all support departments.

Operations Executive is responsible for maintaining daily operation of trucking service; recommending, implementing and effectively controlling pricing; handling customers relation; and performing a variety of administrative tasks.Operations Executive directly manages daily operation; maintains office facilities; and manages subordinates in compliance with the company’s regulations, policies and procedures.

Main Responsibilities

• Schedules meetings for senior management team and book conference rooms as needed.
• Handles company conference and event logistics, including booking rooms, choosing vendors, inviting guests and booking travel arrangements if necessary.
